Online Counseling for Grief, Caregiving, Chronic Illness & Life Transitions
Life can change in ways we never expected.
Whether you’re navigating grief, caring for someone you love, living with chronic illness or chronic pain, facing a life-limiting diagnosis, or simply finding yourself at a difficult crossroads, you don’t have to navigate it alone.
I offer safe, compassionate, trauma-informed counseling for adults, older adults, individuals, and families. Together, we can slow down, make space for what you’re experiencing, and find a way forward that feels right for you.
You don't have to have all the answers before you reach out.
People don't need perfection. They need presence.
We don't have to have all the answers to be a source of comfort. We don't have to fix every hard moment.
Sometimes our role is simply to understand, comfort, and be present.
My approach is compassionate, trauma-informed and person-centered. I meet you where you are, without judgment, and walk alongside you as you work through what you're experiencing.
Our role isn't to fix. It's to walk alongside.
If something in your life feels difficult, overwhelming, or simply different than it used to, you're welcome to reach out.
You don't have to know exactly what you need. We can start with a conversation.

No one should have to face grief or death alone.
Stenton Counseling & Healing respectfully acknowledges that I live and work on the traditional and unceded territories of the Laich-kwil-tach peoples, including the Wei Wai Kum and We Wai Kai First Nations.
I am grateful to live and work on these lands and recognize the enduring presence, history, culture, and contributions of Indigenous peoples.
I honour the people, land, and waters of this place and remain committed to learning, listening, and working toward meaningful reconciliation.
