A Safe Place to Be Human
A Safe Place to Be Human
Life can change in ways we never expected.
Whether you’re navigating grief, caring for someone you love, living with chronic illness or chronic pain, facing a life-limiting diagnosis, or simply finding yourself at a difficult crossroads, you don’t have to navigate it alone.
I offer safe, compassionate, trauma-informed counseling for adults, older adults, individuals, and families. Together, we can slow down, make space for what you’re experiencing, and find a way forward that feels right for you.
You don't have to have all the answers before you reach out.

My Appoach
My Appoach
People don't need perfection. They need presence.
We don't have to have all the answers to be a source of comfort. We don't have to fix every hard moment.
Sometimes our role is simply to understand, comfort, and be present.
My approach is compassionate, trauma-informed and person-centered. I meet you where you are, without judgment, and walk alongside you as you work through what you're experiencing.
Our role isn't to fix. It's to walk alongside.
