I offer educational workshops and psychoeducation on grief, death and dying, caregiving, dementia, end-of-life care, and supporting ourselves and others through difficult experiences.Â
My workshops are designed to be approachable, compassionate, and trauma-informed. They create space to learn, ask questions, reflect, and have conversations that we don't always feel comfortable having.
People don't need perfection. They need presence.
Workshops may be offered for healthcare and care staff, counsellors and helping professionals, hospice volunteers, organizations, and community groups.
