I'm a Registered Therapeutic Counselor (RTC), death doula and former care aide with a deep understanding of what it means to support people through some of life's most difficult transitions.
My path to counseling has been shaped by years of working alongside people and families experiencing illness, aging, caregiving, loss and end-of-life.
I believe that sometimes the most important thing we can offer another person is simply a safe place to be heard.

My experience as a care aide, death doula and Reiki practitioner has given me a unique perspective on the emotional, physical and spiritual aspects of caregiving, illness, grief and dying.
Having worked in care, I understand the realities faced by nurses, care aides, healthcare workers and other care staff. The work can be incredibly rewarding, but it can also be emotionally and physically demanding.
I'm particularly passionate about supporting caregivers, healthcare and care staff, people living with chronic illness or pain, families navigating dementia, and individuals and families facing end-of-life.
I bring both professional training and lived experience to my work, creating a space where difficult conversations can happen with compassion, honesty and without judgment.
I don't believe grief needs to be rushed or resolved.
I don't believe there is a timeline for healing.
And I don't believe you have to walk through difficult experiences alone.
Sometimes healing begins simply by having someone sit beside you in the hard stuff.
That's the space I hope to provide.
You are welcome here.
People don't need perfection. They need presence.
My counseling style is warm, compassionate and trauma-informed. I draw from a variety of therapeutic approaches and work collaboratively with you, meeting you where you are.
We don't have to have all the answers to be a source of comfort. Sometimes our role is simply to understand, comfort, and be present.
There is no judgment and no expectation that you have everything figured out.
You get to show up exactly as you are.
